Qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and a partner in the practice since 1994, Mark has a wealth of experience in assisting clients involved in the litigation process. He supports the department on particular issues of procedure and settlement in litigation, particularly in connection with personal injury and asbestos related liability claims, as well as fulfilling his role of Senior Partner within the Practice.

Mark initially started practicing in criminal and family law. His progress towards being a partner led him to grow the practice to also include personal injury and general litigation. He has run cases from minor whiplash injuries to a million pound industrial injury at the Port of Southampton.

Mark also assists in the Private Client Department which handles the private affairs of our clients which range from making wills, dealing with probate and family matters in general. He offers a pragmatic approach to client’s cases and is always available at either of our offices.

Chris spent the first 15 years of his career working for two of the major UK insurers investigating, negotiating and settling many types of insurance claims, from minor whiplash to those involving catastrophic injury. He was also involved in the investigation of major fire, theft and business interruption claims.

This has given Chris a unique insight into both sides of the litigation process.

For personal injury claimants Chris has all the skills necessary to help our clients secure the rehabilitation and financial assistance that they need. A member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers Chris is dedicated to the needs of those injured through no fault of their own.

Chris also has experience in the full remit of civil litigation cases including debt recovery, landlord & tenant litigated cases, neighbour disputes, court proceedings and general disputes.
